HOSPITALITY

  • Client Goal – OMNI Hotels & Resorts wanted to boost off-season sales when visitor bookings are low. 
  • Strategy – Create a promotion featuring a romantic couples weekend that feels like 'love is in the air'.
  • Results – Lodging, spa services, and restaurants were 100% booked both Friday & Saturday. 
  • Coastal Design Role – Concept, copywriting, layout, produced in InDesign/Photoshop. 5 days time, start-to-finish.

HOSPITALITY

  • Client Objective – Get 'local' residents for weekends, plus, get spa bookings weekdays
  • Creative Strategy – Spotlight award-winning restaurants, spa, golf for a 'staycation weekend' promo
  • Campaign Success – Weekend bookings rose to full capacity. Spa bookings filled weekdays for yoga, etc
  • Coastal Design Role – Concept, copywriting, layout, produced social promotionals

Food & Beverage

  • Client Objective – Get more foot traffic.
  • Creative Strategy – Use 'storytelling' to engage the viewer enough that we'll see them at the next Happy Hour.
  • Campaign Success – We got a pint, a toast, and a check...I'd say that's a win.
  • Coastal Design Role – Concept, copywriting, layout, produced for magazine and website. 5 days, start-to-finish.

custom t-shirt design

  • Client Objective – Increase clothing line to more than a logo on a shirt
  • Creative Strategy – Design swag that is exciting, useful, and high quality, and 'resort-branded'
  • Campaign Success – SOLD OUT! Had to reorder after 1st weekend. 
  • Coastal Design Role – 100% concept, design, oversee silk-screen at local T-Shirt printer

Conservation – Land & Water

  • Client Objective – Raise awareness of the importance of the Chesapeake Bay
  • Creative Strategy – Be factual, be inclusive of watermen/farmers/recreational locals
  • Campaign Success – Metrics had a 240% uptick in article viewers
  • Coastal Design Role  – Concept, copywriting, layout, produced for magazine and website. 7 days, start-to-finish.
